Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to certifications, training programs, consulting services, recruitment services, and events offered by Kuwait Compliance Company.

Certification Programs (Assessment-Based)

Participant Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
  • Cancellation more than [Specify Days] days before program start date: Eligible for partial refund.
  • Cancellation less than [Specify Days] days before the program start date: No refund.

After Program Start

No refunds will be issued once:
  • Course materials have been accessed
  • Assessment has been scheduled or attempted
  • Program has commenced

Examination Failure

Failure to pass an assessment does not qualify for a refund.

Training Programs (Completion-Based)

Participant Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
  • Cancellation more than [Specify Days] days before program start date: Eligible for partial refund.
  • Cancellation less than [Specify Days] days before the program start date: No refund.

After Attendance Begins

No refunds will be issued once:
  • Training has commenced
  • Learning materials have been shared
  • Participant has attended any portion of the session

Events & Workshops

Refund terms for events may vary depending on the nature of the event. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

Event Changes by KCC

KCC reserves the right to reschedule events, change speakers, or modify format. If an event is cancelled by KCC, participants may:
  • Transfer to a future session, or
  • Receive a refund.

الخدمات الاستشارية

Refunds for consulting or recruitment services are governed by the specific contractual agreement signed between KCC and the client.

Transfer Policy

Participants may request to transfer enrollment to:
  • Another session of the same program
  • Another participant (subject to approval)
Transfer fees may apply.

Force Majeure

KCC shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

Final Decision

All refund and cancellation decisions are subject to KCC’s internal review and final approval.
