This Payment Policy governs all payments made to Kuwait Compliance Company (“KCC”) for certifications, training programs, consulting services, recruitment services, and events.Accepted Payment Methods
All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our website.Online payments are securely processed through MyFatoorah, or other payment service providers approved by Kuwait laws.
KCC does not store or retain debit/credit card details.
Additional payment methods (bank transfer, corporate invoicing, installment plans) may be offered at KCC’s discretion.
Payment Confirmation
Enrollment in any certification, training program, or event is confirmed only after:- Successful payment authorization via MyFatoorah, or other payment service providers approved by Kuwait laws
- Receipt of full payment
- Issuance of official confirmation from KCC
Pricing & Currency
All fees are displayed in KWD (Kuwaiti Dinar) or as specified on the checkout page.KCC reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
Price changes do not affect confirmed and paid enrollments.
Corporate & Group Bookings
Corporate clients may request customized invoicing or group enrollment arrangements.Payment terms for corporate engagements may be governed by separate written agreements.
Taxes & Fees
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, currency exchange fees, or transaction charges imposed by financial institutions.Non-Payment
Failure to complete payment may result in:- Suspension of access
- Cancellation of enrollment
- Withholding of certification issuance
Fraud Prevention
KCC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse.Contact Us
