Events

KCC reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, speakers, or format when necessary.

Payments

All payments for certification programs provided by KCC must be completed through the payment methods available on our website.
Online transactions are processed securely via MyFatoorah, or other payment service providers approved by Kuwait laws.
KCC does not store card details and is not responsible for technical issues, processing delays, or errors arising from the payment gateway provider.
Access to programs, assessments, or services may be suspended until full payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

KCC shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Business interruption
Regulatory penalties incurred by participants

To the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
