Huda Al Enezi Speaks at the “Real Estate Fraud & Money Laundering” Seminar
Huda Al Enezi, General Manager and founder of the Kuwait Compliance Co., took part last night in the “Real Estate Fraud and Money Laundering” seminar organized by the Future of Nation movement, which is part of the efforts to put emphasis on one of the most controversial issues of public opinion in Kuwait
In her speech, Mrs. Al Enezi addressed critical topics, namely, the quality of the suspicious transaction reports (STRs) and the role of regulators and law enforcement in tracking and prosecuting these types of cases due to their direct impact on the Kuwaiti economy on the one hand and the awareness Kuwaiti citizens confidence in the local markets on the other. Other prominent subject matter experts spoke alongside Mrs. Al Enezi, including Dr. Jamal Abdul Rahim and lawyer Ali Al Attar.
